Description

Dorrigo Pepper is a Northern NSW leaf pepper with a medium hot flavour. Bush Tomato are a small desert plant with edible raisin type fruit that have a wonderful, subtle flavour of delicate caramelised, sun-dried tomato. The combination of Dorrigo Pepper and Bush Tomato in this pasta make it best served with tomato based sauces such as Bolognese or Provencale.
