At Oz Tukka we stand by the quality of our products. Our shipments are carefully inspected before dispatch and we offer a full manufacturers guarantee on all items purchased.

Unfulfilled Orders

Under normal circumstances goods will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order. However, with orders that cannot be fulfilled the customer will be notified accordingly and advised as to when the order can be completed subject to the availability of the product/s purchased. Alternatively a full refund will be available if requested.

Returns and Exchanges

Damaged or faulty product should be returned within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Once the goods have been returned an inspection of same will be undertaken and where appropriate an exchange or refund will be made by arrangement with customer. However, we always advise that customers choose their purchases carefully before buying because if such goods are delivered in good condition and order, then returns cannot be accepted on the basis of not liking the product.

This return policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of theft, lost or damaged goods during transit; therefore advice you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Oz Tukka will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Important

Shipping costs are only refundable where the entire order purchased is damaged or faulty and the customer requires a full refund. Damaged or faulty goods which comprise only part of the whole order will be refunded to the value of those goods and exchange or replacement items will be forwarded to the customer at our expense.

Please also note that our ordering system is integrated with Australia Post. Therefore please make sure you address your order correctly as parcels that are incorrectly addressed will automatically be returned to Oz Tukka. As a result additional shipping and handling fees will be incurred in sending the goods to the corrected address.
