Cinnamon Myrtle can be used anywhere you would use conventional cinnamon to flavour cakes, sweets and biscuits.
Oz Tukka’s Cinnamon Myrtle leaves also make a calming medicinal tea, helping heartburn and the digestive system. Simply add freshly boiled water into a tea pot and add a teaspoon of leaves or pop the cinnamon myrtle leaves straight into a tea strainer and brew in your cup with freshly boiled water.
Backhousia myrtifolia, Grey Myrtle, Carrol or Ironwood is found in rainforests of subtropical Eastern Australia.
