Blood Lime is a unique and intense flavour that merges the sourness of lime with the sweetness of a mandarin which is perfect for using in spice mixes, seasonings, dukkah and seafood.

Oz Tukka’s Australian Blood Lime, or Red Centre lime, is a cross between an Ellendale Mandarin and the Australian Finger lime, developed by the CSIRO.

The fruits are oval, around the size of an egg, with beautiful burgundy coloured skin with teardrop shaped caviar flesh.

In Oz Tukka’s Blood Lime we use the whole fruit so you gain all the unique flavours and is sustainably farmed in Queensland.
