This grind is a favourite with the men cooking the BBQ! A robust flavour with sizzle, inspired by the rugged terrain of the Outback.
It is delicious for seasoning meat, vegetables, eggs, dressings and sauces.
Grind over salads and sandwiches.
The different flavours complement each other and is well balanced with Artesian Salt. The grinder features Bush Tomato and Native Thyme.

Red Centre grind goes well on eggs, potatoes, cottage cheese, salads, and grilling. I bought a jar when visiting a natural history museum (gift store) in Adelaide. I bought 10 jars on my next trip to Australia, for gifts and to replenish our kitchen . Time to re- order!
