To make the Davidson Plum Oz Tukka gluten-free muffins you only need 4 ingredients:

  1. Davidson Plum Oz Tukka gluten-free muffin mix
  2. ¼ cup milk of your choice
  3. ¼ cup Oz Tukka Macadamia Nut Oil (or 60 gram melted butter)
  4. 2 eggs or egg replacer

    I made these on Monday and took them into the office on Tuesday. People loved them, especially the macadamias in them. Pretty much everyone loved the lemon myrtle muffins more, though
