Blood Lime/Red Centre Lime~dried flake
The Australian Blood lime, or Red Centre lime, is a cross between an Ellendale Mandarin & the Australian Finger lime, developed by the CSIRO.
The fruit are oval, around the size of an egg, with beautiful burgundy coloured skin with teardrop shaped caviar flesh.
A unique and intense flavour that merges the sourness of lime with the sweetness of a mandarin.
A little goes a long way. Use in spice mixes, seasonings, dukkah and seafood.
