To make the Lemon Myrtle Oz Tukka gluten-free muffins you only need 4 ingredients:
- Lemon Myrtle Oz Tukka gluten-free muffin mix
- ¼ cup milk of your choice
- ¼ cup Oz Tukka Macadamia Nut Oil (or 60 gram melted butter)
- 2 eggs or egg replacer

- Vegan if made with Macadamia oil, egg replacer and your choice of plant based milk.
Ingredients: Corn starch, rice flour, baking powder, guar gum, macadamia nut, sugar, salt and Australian native spices.
